Lauren Smith crushed it at HYROX Elite 15 in Vienna, co-presenting the live stream and interviewing the sports top athletes.
If presenting wasn't enough for Lauren she also rallied a last minute mixed relay team to a podium finish. Lauren doing what Lauren does!
Lauren has also been confirmed as co-host for the HYROX World championships in Nice this June!
